Powerful Engine and Drilling Capacity

The YCR280E is equipped with a X12 engine, delivering a rated power of 280 kW at 2100 rpm. It offers a maximum drilling depth of 80 meters with a friction rod and 54 meters with a mechanical lock rod, making it suitable for deep drilling operations in various geological conditions.

High Torque Rotary Drive

The rotary drive system provides a maximum output torque of 280 kN·m and a rotary speed range of 6 to 24 rpm. This allows for efficient and stable drilling in different soil types. The system also features a maximum pull-down piston push of 220 kN and a maximum pull-up piston pull of 250 kN, ensuring strong penetration and extraction capabilities.

Versatile Drilling Diameter and Transportability

The YCR280E can drill holes with a maximum diameter of 2000 mm or 2500 mm (when using a friction rod). It has a total working weight of 90 tons and can be transported in two configurations: 70 tons without the rotating device or 57 tons with additional modifications. Its compact transportation size (16565×3432×3510 mm or 14935×3432×3510 mm) makes it easy to move between sites.
 

Advanced Hydraulic System and Operational Flexibility

The hydraulic system features a maximum working pressure of 34 MPa, ensuring efficient power transmission. The mast rake can be adjusted to 5° forwards/backwards and ±4° side/backwards, providing flexibility in drilling operations. The YCR280E is designed for both efficiency and precision, making it a reliable choice for large-scale drilling projects.
